This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy outlines the measures that GrowBets.net has established to prevent, detect, and report money laundering and any other illicit financial activity. 5.1. GrowBets.net will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities to money laundering and take appropriate measures to address these risks.

6.1. All Employees will undergo regular training to understand the AML laws and regulations, this policy, and their responsibilities in detecting and preventing money laundering.

7.1. GrowBets.net will maintain a comprehensive record of all customer identification information, transaction records, and AML investigations for a minimum of five years. These records will be made available to regulatory authorities upon request.

8.1. GrowBets.net is committed to complying with sanction laws. We will not provide services to individuals, organizations, or countries subject to financial sanctions.

9.1. This policy will be reviewed at least annually or as required by changes in laws or regulations.

10.1. Employees are required to report any suspected violations of this policy to the AML Compliance Officer. Whistleblowers will be protected from retaliation.
